New Erotica for Feminists was so funny! I laughed out loud many times to the sarcastic and/or ironic stories that the four authors recounted. All the stories were designed to make you reflect on just how embedded our sexist and patriarchal society is both culturally and institutionally. There were chapters on sexism in the workplace, in fictional stories, in relationships and more – each equally as hilarious.

It is also a very short read/listen (I listened to the audiobook version) so you can easily listen to it on a road trip or at the gym or on your commute! Moreover, the chapters are not connected so it is low commitment and you can listen into it whenever you feel like it, without feeling like you have missed out or forgotten something.

I would definitely recommend this to feminists all over because it is sure to make you laugh or at least realise how ridiculous the patriarchy is. Also, I said to feminists because if you are following me you should identify as one, so that being said…EVERYONE should read it! Enjoy!
